BRADESCO PARINTINS

Em Parintins não existe meio termo. Ou você é azul, ou você é vermelho. É uma das poucas festas do país em que a cidade inteira se divide em duas metades e as duas ganham.

Produzimos para o Bradesco, em parceria com a agência Lovelly, as imagens da campanha "Parintins é você",
que celebra o Festival Folclórico de Parintins.

A construção partiu da linguagem da arte popular brasileira, do traço da xilogravura e da literatura de cordel, aplicada ao repertório da festa e da Amazônia: os dois bois em cena,
os personagens da arena, araras, tucanos, botos, onças, vitórias-régias e toda a fauna que cerca o rio.

O trabalho começou no rascunho à mão e passou por ilustração, direção de arte e acabamentos digitais até chegar às peças finais. A tipografia foi tratada como bordado, com fio, textura e trama aparentes, e os detalhes em dourado entraram como brilho de fantasia, aquele ouro que aparece na arena.

O resultado são imagens que funcionam como estandarte: dois lados, uma festa só.

In Parintins, there’s no middle ground. You’re either blue or red. It’s one of the few celebrations in Brazil where an entire city splits into two sides and both of them win.

For Bradesco, in partnership with Lovelly agency, we produced the imagery for the “Parintins Is You” campaign, celebrating the Parintins Folklore Festival.

The visual language draws from Brazilian folk art, woodcut illustration, and cordel literature, bringing them into the world of the festival and the Amazon: the two bulls at the heart of the celebration, arena characters, macaws, toucans, pink river dolphins, jaguars, giant water lilies, and the rich wildlife surrounding the river.

The work began with hand-drawn sketches and evolved through illustration, art direction, and digital finishing before reaching the final pieces. The typography was crafted to feel embroidered, with visible threads, texture, and weave, while gold details add the shimmer of festival costumes, the kind of gold that lights up the arena.

The result is a series of images that work like banners: two sides, one celebration.
